2022 NC State 4-H Horse Judging Contest Entry Form-Deadline March 29
The NC State 4-H Horse Judging Contest will be conducted in person on April 9, 2022 at Martin Community College in Williamston. There will be a virtual coaches'/contestants' meeting on Thursday, April 7 at 7:00PM. The meeting link will be sent to registered coaches. At the coaches meeting, we will go over the contest classes and patterns and answer any questions about rules and contest logistics.

The contest entry fee is $10.00 per youth (Cloverbud participants are free). The entry fee includes lunch for contestants only.  If a Junior or Senior is going to dual compete in 4-H and FFA, they must be registered with both organizations (4-H and FFA). Contestants that want to dual enter must indicate dual entry on the 4-H entry form. Registration with FFA does not constitute registration with 4-H and vice versa.

If a youth is competing on a team, the entire team's information must be entered on the same form.

Please thoroughly read the Horse Judging Contest section in the NC 4-H Horse Program Official Rulebook (page 147-150) for additional information on contest rules, regulations, and procedures.
