Online Classes Survey
Online classes are still very popular as well as 'live' classes in gyms and studios.  I would like to offer online classes so that you can have access to classes from the comfort of your own home, as well as the flexibility to attend these when you may not feel like leaving the house. 

In an effort to tailor this offering to my clients, I would like you to share what times, durations, types and frequencies of these classes would suit you best.

I am a Les Mills BodyPump and BodyBalance instructor, I also teach freestyle classes.  I enjoy low-impact, slow and controlled movements, promoting mindful movement and helping people to become more in touch with their bodies.  The list below is not exhaustive and I am always happy to do 1-1 classes to suit your needs, if they are within my scope of expertise.

What time would suit you best?  Choose a time when you are able to be left alone, not disturbed and able to focus 100% on your class.  Take the duration into account to allow for moving yourself to your next task.  (EG a relaxation session before bed, a strength class in the morning to wake you up)
