Suave Fest 2023 - Volunteer Sign Up Form
Please fill out this form if you would like to participate as a volunteer at Suave Fest 2023. 

Thank you for choosing to volunteer to this national event which honors Latino-owned breweries. We are making history together.

Volunteers are required to participate in a virtual meeting on Wednesday, September 20th from 6-8pm, and depending on your role, you are also required to attend an in-person meeting on Thursday, September 21st from 6-8pm at Raíces Brewing Co.

Shift are 4 hours as follows: 8am-noon, 11am-3pm, 2:30-6:30pm, 5-9pm,

Parking Supervisors: 10am-2pm, 1:30-4:30pm, 4-8pm.

Tasks: Setup, Registration, Vendors, Floaters, Cleanup Crew, Kids/Crafts Area and Parking Supervisors. (Note: If a shift option below is labeled as FULL it means we no longer need volunteers in that specific area/time slot)

We value our volunteers. To say thank you, we  provide you with FREE admission so you can enjoy the celebration. You will also receive a limited edition Suave Fest t-shirt. Additionally, we invite you to the after party at Raíces from 7-10 PM.

FESTIVAL HIGHLIGHTS: This is the 3rd year Suave Fest celebrates its biennial event. There are 18 Latino-owned breweries participating this year from across the country and 10 collaborating breweries. We celebrate Comunidad, Cultura & Cerveza and Latinidad.

TIME: 12 pm - 6pm.
All ages are welcome to the festival. Kids till 15 yrs old enter for free, designated driver tickets available for 16+, Regular tickets are for 21+.
