To support those affected by the Coronavirus outbreak, we are able to offer £49 prepayment top-ups, issued by voucher.  Applications must be made by an approved referral organisation.  Examples of people who can complete the application are support workers, food bank personnel, health or care coordinators.  You must know the person and be able to confirm they meet the eligibility criteria.

Please note that we are only able to process referrals made by referral organisations approved by a senior member of staff at MEA.  If you wish to become an approved referrer, please contact us on the details below before making an application.
