Thank you so much for volunteering to be part of the Nevada Hispanic Legislative Caucus COVID-19 Patient Support grocery delivery program. (Contactless delivery)
Groceries will be delivered every Monday. By knowing who/which group is available on which days, we can assign delivery schedules and drop-offs. Thank you for completing the information below and someone from our team will follow up.

- Have a vehicle, driver license, and insurance.
- Be able to lift up to 15 lbs

Drivers meet BEHIND the La Bonita on Eastern and DI (2500 E Desert Inn, Las Vegas, NV 89121) at 9 AM behind where shipments are delivered.

*All volunteers are provided with face masks and gloves.

Los comestibles serán entregados todos los jueves. Al saber quién / qué grupo está disponible en qué días, podemos asignar horarios de entrega. Gracias por completar el formulario para yudar, alguien de nuestro equipo hará un seguimiento.

REQUISITOS
- Tener un vehículo, licencia de conducir y seguro.
- Poder levantar hasta 15 libras

Los conductores presentarse DETRÁS de La Bonita en Eastern y DI (2500 E Desert Inn, Las Vegas, NV 89121) a las 9 AM los lunes (detrás de donde se entregan los envíos)
