By ticking this form, you acknowledge and agree:
  1. That the 2023/24 Scarborough Tennis Club (STC) Pennant Supervisor & Captain’s Team will decide the pennants teams. Consideration will be given to ideal team combinations as well as ability and ranking. Whilst all efforts will be made to accommodate individual preferences regarding team compositions, divisions and number of sets played, no guarantee is given.
  2. That the pennant fee will be dependent on the number of people in your team. Your team will be charged the Tennis West nomination fee and for balls, and will be evenly split between the members of your team.
  3. That you and your team will be responsible for paying any fines from Tennis West due to conduct, late result entry and forfeits.
  4. That you are a financial member of STC, and to play pennants for STC for the nominated season unless otherwise released by STC.
  5. That you are fully committed and available to play for the whole season, including finals, unless noted above.
  6. That you are responsible for completing your Competitive Player Profile including Match Centre Account, Tennis ID & UTR Activation to be eligible for selection into a team.
