This form should be completed by families who need to use our offer of additional supervision from 2.55pm - 3.20pm. We have made this available to ensure that no family is negatively affected by the changes in the timetable during the building work at lower site.
As families are aware, due to building work taking place at lower site, year 3 pupils will be temporarily relocated to the upper site from April 15th until June 21st 2024 (predicted end date).
This will involve a number of practical changes, including alterations to the school timetable to ensure that families can safely travel between sites if they have siblings at the school.
During the building work, year 3's school day will;
- Start at 8.25am (gate open from 8.20am)
- Finish at 2.55pm (gate open from 2.50pm)
We understand that many families have established work and childcare patterns. We do not want the relocation to cause additional pressure on families. If you request the additional supervision support from 2.55pm - 3.20pm, children will be supervised by a member of our teaching assistants team and will be able to complete their home learning.
Children accessing this additional supervision support will be brought to the main office entrance point for collection at 3.20pm.

Note that Dragon Club will operate at upper site from:
- 7.30 - 8.30am in the morning.
- 2.55 - 6.00pm in the evening.
Children attending Dragon Club should be dropped off and collected from the main office entrance. please note that Dragon Club have their own buzzer in the foyer area.
