Announcing sign-ups to request space in our Summer to Remember at the Napa Clubhouse

Beginning June 28, 2021, Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley is offering an all-day Summer Program for school-aged youth at our Napa Clubhouse. The program will be offered in three two-week sessions and will end on August 6, 2021.

Session 1: June 28 - July 9, 2021 (closed on July 5th)
Session 2: July 12 - 23, 2021
Session 3: July 26 - August 6, 2021

Members will be enrolled in cohorts of 15 members (this may change as restrictions and guidelines are updated). Members will participate within specifically designated program spaces and will not physically mix with members of other cohorts. Daily activities include arts and crafts, games, sports, character development programs, and special events. Additionally, each two-week session will include theme-related activities planned specifically for their age group.

Note: The program structure is based on COVID-19 safety restrictions as of April 2021 and may change as updated guidelines are released from the CDC, State of California, and Napa County’s Office of Public Health. We ask that parents be flexible in the event these policies and procedures change, and in the event Boys & Girls Clubs of Napa Valley adapts the program to the new and updated guidelines.

Hours and Attendance
The operating hours of the Summer Program are 7:30am to 6:00pm, and members can be dropped-off and picked-up at any time throughout the day. One parent/guardian must accompany each member during the check-in process each day. Club members and parents are required to wear masks during the check-in process. Staff will also wear masks at check-in. Daily check-in screening will consist of a temperature check and health screening questionnaire. This process will take a bit longer than you’re used to, please plan extra time for check-in each day.

Program Cost
The BGCNV Annual Membership fee to participate in any BGCNV programs for 2020-2021, is $50. The fee for participating in the Summer Program is $200.00 per two-week session, including breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack each day. Parents must register for each session separately, participation in one session does not guarantee registration in another.

NOTE: Submitting a request for space does not guarantee a space in the program.
