Whitney's attention to details will benefit players who aspire to the next level in their hockey training. She is the former, Coordinator for BC Hockey's Female Program of Excellence and currently the Female Lead Skills Instructor. She was part of Team BC which won Bronze at the 2017 National Women's U18 Championship & Canada Winter Games 2019. BC Hockey’s Female Program of Excellence, identifies and trains athletes to compete at a Provincial, National and International level. She's currently the Hockey Operations Coordinator with North Vancouver Boys Minor Hockey.  Whitney spent Summer 2019 with Hockey Canada training as a Hockey Canada Skills Instructor. This Summer 2020 Whitney will be working with the NHLCA & Vancouver Canucks in a female coach mentorship program. Whitney will also be starting her training with Hockey Canada as a Master Coach Developer. Both programs kick off in June and will be continuous throughout the season. In the Lower Mainland she works as a Hockey Operations Coordinator and offers associations and players (Rec/Rep) skill development.  
As a Head Coach Whitney works with NVMHA U15 AAA, U16 BC Hockey & PCAHA Female U15 Elite . Her playing experience includes growing up in Hockey Alberta. She accepted a scholarship with the University of Saskatchewan and competed at the Esso Women's National Tournament for Team Alberta, 2005.

Whitney is passionate about developing players of all levels to reach their potential. Her strengths are error correction and skill/ progression structured sessions. She treats her athletes with a unique style that allows them progress in their individual talents while working in a team concept sport.  Results are Reflections of our Efforts.
