Thank you for your interest in supporting the Juneteenth Celebration! The event this year will be on Saturday, June 22nd, 2024 in Central Park, Schenectady, NY. The deadline for filling out this form is May 6th.

Once you've made your selection please click through the questions and provide your information, and pay through the link provided at the end.
