Project Information
Ideally, we’d like to work with your organization for both the hands-on project and strategic initiative (you can review LAB Grant parameters at www.mysuccesslab.com/thelabgrant/) This will give you access to two different groups of leaders in two different ways – ultimately providing a bigger impact to your organization. We encourage you to consider applying for both.
Briefly describe the space enhancement/reorganization/improvement needs/ideas to be implemented (Ex: add seating and front desk to lobby/waiting area, clean up and rebuild memorial garden, better utilize multipurpose room) *
Briefly describe the strategic initiatives or challenge areas that you need addressing and ideas (Ex: Increase funding opportunities, raise brand awareness, an annual signature event) *
Applications are due by July 26, 2021
If selected as a finalist, we may contact you for an in-person conversation and site visit to learn more about your project ideas. Someone from your organization will need to be available to attend the first and last classes of each series – 4 dates in total, dates TBA. The first session will include a presentation by your organization about your mission, community impact and needs. More information will be provided when a grant recipient is selected.
