2021-22 THS 10th Grade Course Requests
Please submit only ONE form!  An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address entered below listing your submitted 10th grade course requests.  The e-mail will also contain a link where students/parents can submit updates or changes to the submitted course requests prior to Friday, April 16th. A high school counselor will select 10th grade courses for any student who doesn't submit their THS 10th Grade Course Requests form.  This form will be inactive after April 16.
