I understand that this activity will be under the supervision of SBA staff and thereby relieve Silverdale Baptist Academy of all responsibility beyond that of normal supervision.
I understand that this activity may/will include the following:   LOW ROPES COURSE, BLOG, WATER PARK

Departure Time: 8:15am

Return Time: 3:00pm

Dress Code: Academy length shorts and t-shirt, girls one-piece swim suit (no white), boys long swim trunks, dry outfit for bus ride home - more detailed list to follow
