Use this form to get on waiting list for Monday singles and Thursday Mixed doubles winter leagues at TPTC.
DO NOT use this form If you are returning player.

The process to fill league rosters is the following:
1) returning players from previous session
2) summer time members that are also on the waiting list
3) new players from the waiting list

To maintain league balance if someone leaves the league they will be replaced by a player with similar level of play.
