I, the parent or guardian of the participant listed above, hereby grant and authorize The Young Actors Guild, Inc. the right to take, edit, exhibit, publish, and distribute any and all pictures or videos taken of my child/children to be used in and/or for any lawful promotional materials including, but not limited to, online performances, social media, newsletters, flyers, posters, brochures, advertisements, fundraising letters, social networking sites, websites, and other print and/or digital communications. This authorization shall continue indefinitely unless I otherwise revoke this authorization in writing. I waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which my child/children’s likeness appears including written or electronic copy. I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of The Young Actors Guild, Inc. and will not be returned. *
