Summer Kickoff Community Festival Vendor Registration

Saturday June 8, 2024 

10:00am - 2:00pm

Registration: $50

St. John’s church will provide a parking space on the East parking lot of the church and use of restrooms.  No tables or chairs will be provided.  Bring your own pop-ups, chairs, and change. Set-up will be from 8:00 am to 9:30 am.  No cars will be allowed in the sales area after set up.  All items must be removed by 4:30pm that afternoon. 

When submitting this application you are agreeing to the above conditions of the sale and the hold harmless agreement that follows: St. John’s Episcopal Church is not responsible for any injuries the day of the sale, or costs of merchandise, or the behavior of the people selling items.  We are simply providing an assigned space for the sale and advertising. 

Make checks out to: St. John’s Episcopal Church. Put Community Festival in the memo line.

Pay online: St. John's Tithly and select Community Festival in the dropdown menu.
