Yukai Capital Group only accepts Block Trade requests for shares of listed companies on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE) that meet the following criteria:

1. Only Mainboard listed shares, no GEM Shares (8000 series symbols)
2. Shares must be unrestricted and free trading
3. Positions offered must not exceed 4.99% of total company stock
4. Shares must be part of current issuance or float, no new placements considered
5. Shares must be listed with actively daily trading history of 6 months or more
