Event Date: May 22, 2024
Location: Brooke County Public Library Parking Lot - Behind the building (Wellsburg, WV 26070). In the Event of bad weather, it will be moved within the River Meeting Room.
Vendor parking if needed will be noted to vendor once offloading of items has happened.
Deadline for Vendor Registration: April 30th
Vendor Set-Up: 11:30am-12:30pm
Registrants Arrival: Between 12:30-2:30
Registrants will mostly be from Brooke and Hancock County's, however, we do anticipate outside counties every year as well.
They are required to register.
Two ways for vendors to participate:
1. Attend as a vendor and talk to those who are registered to attend. Bring a table, canopy, chairs, and anything else they would need to set up their booth
2. Not able to attend, but wants to drop off literature, goodies, or gift to one of the drop off locations to be handed out to those registered to attend. Need items by May 3rd (locations for drop off Parents as Teachers in the FRN office in Weirton, Either Library location in Brooke County [Follansbee or Wellsburg], Brooke Co FSC, and/or the CASA Office in Follansbee on their back porch.)
Due to COVID, we are not offering a lunch/meal for our registrants and vendors, please plan accordingly.
In the past we have asked for door prize donations (mom or baby related gift). However, we ask that if you would like to donate something this year, to bring the item(s) with you and raffle them off at your table. If you are unable to raffle them off yourself, please let us know and we will raffle them off at the registration table.
