2024 Burlington High Hockey Alumni Game
Register for this year's Burlington High School Hockey Alumni Game on May 4, 2024. The game and reception are free of charge, but donations to the scholarship fund are welcome through PayPal, check (made out to Friends of Burlington Hockey) or cash at the game or mailed to Friends of Burlington Hockey 30 Fairfax St. Burlington, MA 01803.  We hope to see you on May 4th for the game and reception at 6PM at Jack's Coal Fire PIzza - all are welcome!  Please pass this form along to anyone you think might be interested.  If you have questions or issues please reach out to Bobby Conceison at rconceison@gmail.com.
