Semi-Private Coaching
Semi-private coaching is a great way to train with Coach but at a cheaper price point than 1:1.

Semi-private training will only be scheduled at certain times during the day. Clients must commit to how many sessions they say they can do per week during their consultation. As the popularity of semi private training increases more slots will be added, however there are limited slots per session.

The Program
Each program is tailored to the individuals needs and requirements, they're structured and sequenced over time to help you continuously progress. The programs have a large strength base focus to help you get strong and fit for life. This means that your body will get the most out of: strength development, lean muscle growth, posture improvement, metabolic conditioning, and fat loss. You won’t get bored or burned out, instead, you’ll feel strong, safe, and empowered by your progress each session!
All programming is made through my personal app. With the accountability and encouragement of your small group, you’ll meet like-minded people, make friends, and fall in love with exercise in a whole new way. Semi Private personal training is a highly effective and affordable way to access the high level of attention and personalisation of personal training.

Session Times:
- Tuesday: 6:45-8am
- Friday: 6:45-8am
* Please note that you don't have to be training at 6:45, I'll be at the gym from those time points, you could come in and train at 7:05 or 7:15 if you wanted to.

Pricing:
- $45 per session
- Further days programmed: $10

Must have an active membership either paying casuals passes or regular membership
