McGill International Law Society and Criminal Law McGill are please to invite you to this panel on February 11th 2020 in order to discuss the Rohingya refugee crisis and the related genocide case currently at the International Court of Justice. With professors Payam Akhavan and Frédéric Mégret serving as moderators, we hope to invite members of McGill Law community, as well as members of the broader McGill and Montreal communities, who are interested in international criminal law to discuss the contemporary topic. This event will offer students an opportunity to learn more about the case and international criminal law more generally, as well as highlight the expertise relating to international law and human rights that exists within our Faculty.

McGill International Law Society et Criminal Law McGil ont le plaisir de vous inviter à ce panel qui aura lieu le 11 février 2020 prochain afin de discuter de la crise des réfugiés Rohingya et de la situation de génocide qui en découle et qui est actuellement devant la Cour internationale de justice. Avec les professeurs Payam Akhavan et Frédéric Mégret comme animateurs, nous espérons inviter des membres de la communauté juridique de McGill, ainsi que des membres des communautés plus larges de McGill et de Montréal, qui s'intéressent au droit pénal international, à discuter de ce sujet contemporain.  Cet événement offrira aux étudiants l'occasion d'en apprendre davantage sur la cause et sur le droit pénal international en général, tout en mettant en évidence l'expertise en matière de droit international et de droits de la personne qui existe au sein de notre Faculté.
