My name is Ethan Chiu.

I'm currently an undergrad at UC Berkeley studying Computer Science.

In the past, I've worked for 2 companies where I specialized in developing web applications. I've also conducted research at Wellesley College, created open-source projects like PythonBuddy, and worked on big open-source projects like DuckDuckGO.

Some frameworks and languages I've used in the past quite frequently are Python, Go, Docker, React, and Flask.

Other languages I'm familiar with: Java, Javascript, Python, Ruby, SQL, Bash, Batch, C#, C++, ES6, Git, Go, JSX
Other frameworks/libraries I'm familiar with: Celery, Flask, Pandas, Node.js, React, Ruby on Rails, Selenium, scikit-learn, SQLAlchemy, jQuery

I've also worked on data processing, scraping, mobile apps, computer vision (OpenCV) apps,  and VR/Unity games in the past via research, hackathons, and side projects. I've also competed in various cybersecurity competitions so I'm familiar with OS level security as well as web security.

What are the next steps?
1) If I believe I can help you out, I'll schedule a 15 minute video call with you to fully understand what you want built
2) I come up with a document that I'll share with you with the timeline, expectations, and expected costs.
3) I give updates every 1-2 weeks depending on the project. If at any time, there are any concerns, I'll take video calls as well.
4) I complete the project and send everything your way (documentation, code, etc.)
