Fostering for The Hope Highway is a great opportunity to help dogs in need! While fostering for us we will provide everything your foster pup will need, there is not cost to you. All we ask is that you love them, train them, and show them the best life until they find their forever family!

Rescue animals are handled daily after they are taken out of the situation they were rescued from, and as with most animals, they may react in an unpredictable way to sounds, sudden movements, certain people, or other animals that could result in injuries. By this waiver, I/family ,assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury, death or damage to personal property. This waiver is for the duration of my foster or any time spent working with the The Hope Highway Dog Rescue. Do you understand and agree to the above statement? *
I understand that applying does not ensure approval and that untruthful answers or failure to comply with the requirements of this application can result in the forfeiture of any animal fostered by me/my family through The Hope Highway Dog Rescue. I certify that the above information is correct, and I understand that the information will be verified. I understand that the Hope Highway Dog Rescue holds sole ownership of the dog(s) until an adoption application is approved and the rescue agrees the dog is the best fit for the dog, and the dog is paid in full. I understand that by submitting this form electronically, I agree to release and covenant not to sue, and to hold harmless, The Hope Highway Dog Rescue and its members from any claims, damages, costs, or actions incurred because of the care or actions of the foster dog. The Hope Highway Dog Rescue will contact my references listed above and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my foster application. This is a requirement for acceptance. Do you understand and agree to the above statement? *
If I am no longer able to foster the dog(s), I will return the dog(s) to The Hope Highway Dog Rescue and will give a 3–7 day period for The Hope Highway Dog Rescue to try and find another suitable foster for the dog(s). Do you understand and agree to the above statement? *
