Masquers is very proud to boast that students do almost all the work for the show. They design, they sew, they build, they paint etc. But there are just some things that need a little extra effort - that's where you come in.
Please check off any and all items where you think you can lend a hand.
We will make sure to divide everything up fairly so no one person has to do too much - but we do need some help.

Sewing - we are creating all the costumes from scratch. Kathy Sullivan is the costume mistress but can not do it alone. Students are also sewing but we desperately need help. Can you bedazzle? Shop? Glue? Sew? HELP

Prop pick up - throughout the process, we have orders that need picked up/returned. Time is flexible to fit your schedule

Publicity - keeping a steady presence online, mass media, Facebook as well as printed press - all info must be vetted through Mrs Kane first

Photographer - take head shots of the students in Oct as well as shots of the show for publicity

Monday, November 18 - pick up dinner for HS cast and crew (money will be given to you)

Tuesday, November 19 - pick up dinner for HS cast and crew (money will be given to you)

Wednesday, November 20 - pick up dinner for HS cast and crew (money will be given to you)

Thursday, November 21 - pick up dinner for HS cast and crew (money will be given to you)

Friday, November 22- pot luck. Help set up/clean up pot luck banquet in the HS cafe 6:15pm

Front of House Manager - helps box office with student ushers and audience control - is a shared job so no one misses a show

Publicity Signs - HANG UP signs on telephone poles and REMOVE signs after the show

Raffle Basket Coordinator - answers questions about the baskets and donations, organizes volunteers, selling of raffle baskets

Dec 4 Raffle Baskets - help collect and organize raffle baskets as they arrive

Dec 6 help run the raffle table before and during intermission. (you can still see the show)
