Kiwi stands for Kisan Window, which means a window of opportunities for farmers of the country and region to sell their health-conscious food and organic products to consumers. It is an opportunity for consumers to consume healthy and organic products. It is an exchange of opportunities for both consumers and producers. Kiwi was founded in 2017 with headquarters in Dehradun. KIWI has 2 physical stores in Dehradun and 3 physical stores with a house cafe in Chandigarh however, the products are international in the market and have even gone to countries like the US, England and all over Europe. Kiwi has grown worldwide but the motive is to not grow fast but deep.
POSITIONS:

Graphic Designer-
- Assist the head graphic designer in creating visually compelling designs for various digital and print materials, including packaging, labels, brochures, social media graphics, and website visuals.
- Developing and maintaining the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Generate innovative and creative design concepts that align with the brand's values and target audience.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitors' designs to stay up-to-date and ensure the brand's designs are fresh and appealing.
- Prepare design files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure high-quality production and execution of designs.
- Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed.

Operations:

- Manage and streamline operational processes

- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfilment

-Coordinate with store managers to streamline the logistics within each store, such as product placement and storage.

-Implement efficient systems for restocking and replenishing shelves.

-Identify areas for process improvement in various operational aspects.

-Collaborate with customer service teams to address operational issues affecting customers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

- Analyze data and generate reports for performance tracking

- Provide exceptional customer service and support

- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices

- Support team in various operational tasks as needed
