WCHT Junaluska Working Group Sign Up

Junaluska residents are invited to join the Junaluska Working Group. This group will serve as the connection between the Junaluska neighborhood and WCHT's organizational network, and guide future projects in the neighborhood. We will send a poll for a first meeting sometime in June when you sign up.

As a first project, the Junaluska Working Group will select neighborhood representatives to participate in the applicant scoring process for WCHT's first home sale. Details on this process are included in our Neighborhood Info Meeting video and will be posted on our website soon.

This process is to give decision-making power over neighborhood land conserved by WCHT to neighborhood residents. We are building this process from scratch so now is a great time to get involved! Our goal is to give neighborhoods the tools to guide how their neighborhood is developed and create permanent affordable housing at the same time. Please join us and be part of the change you want to see in your neighborhood!
