St. Charles Borromeo PSR Returning Child Registration, 2024-25

This form is for children who were enrolled in PSR at St. Charles Borromeo in 2022-23. Even if your child was previously enrolled in PSR at St. Charles Borromeo, if it was not last year, please use the New Child Registration form. Thank you.

PSR will be on Tuesdays from 6:30-8 p.m.

Payment is due Aug. 1 and can be made by cash, check (made out to SCB) or online through Faith Direct. Payment plans are available. 1 child: $250; 2 children: $300; 3+ children: $350; +$25 for a sacramental class (First Communion and Confirmation)
