Month of the Military Child Celebration, hosted by Strong Families, Strong Children is a public event. As the adult responsible for myself, other adults and minor child(ren)
in my group, I express my understanding that the
2025 April: Month of the Military Child Event is NOT a babysitting/childcare
event, and that I am fully responsible for the care of my child(ren). I hereby
release Child Guidance Center, Inc. (and organizations partnering with them to
create this event) from any/all responsibility/liability for the
physical/mental/emotional wellbeing of my child(ren). I &/or another
designated & registered adult assume full responsibility/liability for my
child(ren) and agree to at all times having at least one adult they know stay
with them to supervise their participation in the activities. Event staff is
NOT responsible for food, drink, diapers/toilet, or any other care. I also
understand that CGC, Inc. documents its work and may be taking photos, videos,
audio recordings of this event. I hereby give my permission for myself and all
in my group to be included in this documentation, waive any/all compensation
for said documentation &/or its use, and agree that CGC, Inc. may use said
documentation in support of its work. I have read this release completely,
fully understand its content, and give my authorization, agreement, and full
release of liability voluntarily *
