To our valued customers,

Since our inception in 2015, Air Riderz has always been committed to three fundamentals: Safety, Cleanliness and Customer Service. We appreciate that you trust us with your most valuable resource – your children and we want to reaffirm our commitment that you and your children have a safe and sanitary experience while at Air Riderz.

Like most of you, we have been monitoring the global impact of the Coronavirus (COVID 19) and how it is affecting the health and welfare of Canadians and would like to assure you of the following:

Sanitization procedures: Our staff have been instructed to wipe down every surface with a peroxide-based, multi-surface cleaner and paper towels to ensure that we are taking necessary steps to ensure a clean environment. We are cleaning every door handle, railing, tabletop, couch, cubby, party room, and café table and chairs, multiple times a day to ensure that every surface is kept clean. For your convenience, we have hand sanitizer available throughout every park for your use.

Trampolines: Our trampolines, climbing area, airbag, and battle beam are sprayed with sanitizer thoroughly at the end of every day, as well as lightly sprayed in between waves of jumpers.

Bathrooms: Our bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized once an hour and twice a week, we have a professional cleaning company come in to do a deep clean of the entire facility.

Socks: We have a stockpile of socks in our warehouses that arrived prior to the outbreak. In addition, we are suspending our sock trade-in policy and requiring that customers without existing socks purchase a new pair before using our trampolines to ensure the safety of all. Any used socks left by exiting jumpers are immediately thrown into the garbage and as always, we never reuse socks that have been worn before.

Lost and Found: In the interest of safety and cleanliness, we will hold onto items that have been lost for a period of one week, before disposing of them.

Staff: While we appreciate the hard work and dedication of our staff, anyone exhibiting signs of the Coronavirus will be asked to stay away home until they can confirm that they do not have the virus. To date, we have had no incidences of the outbreak in any of our trampoline parks.

Thank you for your continued patience during this crisis. We are grateful to serve you and hope that our response to this situation puts your mind at ease.
