Adding assets to the ecosystem graph

The ecosystem graph tracks any asset (datasets, models, applications) that is part of the foundation models ecosystem (https://crfm.stanford.edu/ecosystem-graphs/). Please add any assets that you encounter that should be added. If you're more ambitious, you can directly submit a pull request on https://github.com/stanford-crfm/ecosystem-graphs. Together, let us build out the most comprehensive index for foundation models!
