FCC- VBS Sign Up
We are excited for our VBS event coming up June 3rd-7th from 9:00-11:30 am. Please fill out the questions below to register your student. We will also need to have a medical release form on file for every student attending VBS. The link to complete this is provided at the bottom of this form.
