If you are interested in booking a FREE In-School Program for your class, please fill out this form.

Available for grades 4-8 on a first-come first-served basis with priority given to High Priority HWDSB and HWCDSB Equal Opportunity elementary schools.

your booking is NOT confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from M(M)A staff
all programs are 1 hour long (see available dates and times here)
programs are FREE; all materials are provided
to serve as many schools as possible, there is a LIMIT OF ONE CLASS VISIT PER SCHOOL
teacher must remain with class while program is being delivered
we cannot accommodate more students than the amount on this form

Cancellation Policy: M(M)A programs are FREE. Note that the museum has the right to cancel programs in advance of scheduled start times due to unforeseen or unexpected circumstances.
