The Canadian Student Leadership Association is pleased to announce that the Government of Canada, through their Exchanges Canada program, will once again offer support for the Canadian Student Leadership Conference.

The funding from the Government of Canada will be used to support student travel to and from the conference. All students attending conference will benefit from a portion of the funding, which will go to support regional travel during the conference. Additionally, students travelling far distances to reach Abbotsford may apply to receive subsidy for their travel costs. The goal of the program is to subsidize student travel for as many students attending CSLC as possible. Funding distributions are based on total travel costs versus total funds available. All schools may apply, but students with low travel costs may not qualify for subsidy.

In order to receive the travel bursary, you must complete the three-part application:

Part 1:
Please fill out the following application (school and delegate information)

Part 2:
Submit Student Travel Receipts (airfare, bus etc.) during the 2019 Canadian Student Leadership Conference to Maddie Campbell (Operations Coordinator) in the Advisor Lounge.

Part 3:
Complete all DCH Student and Advisor Questionnaires at CSLC 2019 (NEW: Will be sent via email and completed online)

Please note: Only applications completed before the end of CSLC 2019 will be considered for funding - no exceptions.
