Dear parents,

This year we offer 10 weeks of On-Site in-person summer camps. We will have total of Six different camps, including total immersion Chinese camp, Chinese Specialty camp, STEM camp (robotics and coding), English writing camp, Gifted Program Camp and Chess Camp. 

Students need to enroll for a minimum of TWO weeks. A week of a half-day camp is considered half a week.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your enrollment before June 1st, you will receive full refund except $100 for processing fee! If you cancel before June 14th but after June 1st, you will pay $100 cancellation processing fee and then you will receive 80% refund for the remaining balance. No refund after June 14, 2023.

Koo Chinese Academy reserves the right to modify or cancel any of the programs based on enrollment.

Special Promotion for Group Buy （团购优惠）！
A Group Buy is defined as two or more students to form a group, and, all the students in the group enroll in our summer camp, and their enrollment time is less than 24 hours apart. A valid group qualified for this group buy discount is in one of the two forms:
 
1. One of the student in the group is an old student, the others are all new students.  
or
2. All the students in the group are new students.

Here are the definition of old student and new student for the group by.

* An old student is a student who has enrolled in any of Koo Chinese Academy's program before.
* A new student has never enrolled in any of our program before, and is also not a sibling of any old students.

If this student is in a group buy, please fill your groupmate's (the other student in your group) full name in the next question.      

After all students in the group enrolled in this year's summer camp within the time window, all students will receive a group buy coupon from us via email. Each group buy coupon has the value of $50 and can be used in the payment of his/her summer camp payment.

Field Trips
campers of the full day camp (either campers who attend the full day Chinese immersion camp or campers who attend one morning half day camp and one afternoon half day camp of the same week) can also choose to join the field trip on Fridays. 

Additional $60 for each field trip to cover bus, ticket, and lunch.
