WE WILL ALSO SEND YOU AN ELECTRONIC WAIVER FORM BY 9/24 TO COMPLETE FOR CLASS

*We ask that you complete a separate form for each student
*We will need a minimum of 6 students per class to continue
*We will notify you by 9/24 if the class is ready to move forward or not
*Thus, we are only asking for a $20 deposit at this time. If the class continues, we will have you send the full payment by the second class. If class discontinues, we will return your deposit by 10/1.

Ages 3-5  @ 3:15 pm (30 minute session $175)
Ages 6-8 @ 3:50 pm (45 minute session $200)
Ages 12+ @ 4:40 pm (45 minute session $200)
Ages 9-11 @ 5:30 pm (45 minute session $200)
