Interpretive EcoWalk through Pacific Spirt Park
This 3 to 4 hour walk will explore the variety of forest ecosystems that make up the northern region of this 760+ ha regional park including checking Spanish Banks creek for returning salmon. The walk is generally on graveled trails with a variety of moderate elevation change (on the trails close to the ocean). Due to the predicted high tide, we will NOT be walking along the foreshore.  Dress for the weather, and bring snacks,  lunch, and water. The walk leaders are Ian Clague plus Laura Cottle (and possibly a few others).
