In view of the recent outbreak of Covid-19 and as a precautionary measure, WORQ will require all members, visitors, contractors and suppliers (which include its employees and agents) to declare the personal details and health conditions (Personal Data) before entering the premises

The Personal Data are collected, used, stored and/or processed by WORQ for the purpose of contact tracing and to detect if a person is infected or has a risk of being infected with Covid-19, WORQ may also disclose the Personal Data to the relevant authority, medical facility, insurance companies, and/or to the relevant tenants or customers etc. to respond to an emergency situation which could threaten the life, health or safety of other individuals.
