The Minecraft speedrunning community has been extremely active lately, and with this the verification queue has become difficult to manage with the team we have. We're looking to expand the team to take some of the load off of our current verifiers and to help get runs verified more quickly.

This is a volunteer position primarily dedicated to verifying runs, not to deciding on rule changes, investigating potentially cheated runs, or other things verifiers have sometimes done in the past. Verifiers may be consulted for feedback on things, although we have also been looking into finding ways to get feedback from the community at large in an effective manner rather than relying on verifiers for feedback.

We thank all applicants for their interest, however only those selected for an interview will be contacted. We look through the applications whenever we decide to add new verifiers and choose the most qualified applicants who haven't yet been added.
