This document is the current draft of recommendations for updating the QCPs (Qualified Course Professional). These documents have been created by the QCP Task Force as outlined in the terms of reference provided by the ACC. The document contains the ‘CORE’ information that is applicable to all QCPs along with the various ‘disciplines’ that have been worked on thus far.
Purpose
The purpose of the QCP Task Force as outlined by the ACC was “to submit to the ACC recommendations for updated criteria for Qualified Course Professionals (QCP) to be utilized by ACCT credentialing programs and the wider aerial adventure industry”.
What we are asking from you
We are asking for review and feedback of the documents relating to defining the QCP as the quality of their experience, knowledge, and skills and the roles of task that they can perform. Understanding that we’re good people, and we did our best y’all.
This document is a conceptual draft document and is not an ACCT standard, requirement, or approved document. It is the current work product in process within a taskforce under the ACCT Accreditation and Certification Committee. This product is being shared for review and feedback. You agree not to reproduce or circulate or quote, in whole or in part, this document outside of ACCT QCP Taskforce related activities, or submit it to any other organization or standards bodies (whether national, international, or other) except with the approval and written authorization of the Executive Director of ACCT.
