JD Academy / Make-up Request Form
1. Please make sure the information you provide below is accurate.
2. These forms are checked daily and we require all parents to register for a make-up using this platform ONLY and at least 24 hrs in advance.
3. Please note that make-ups can only be made within the same session and do NOT carry over to the next session.
4. Fretz TC will issue refunds or account credits in these 2 situations ONLY with no exception:
  • Medical Absence (Doctors note required) stating your student will not be able to return to class before the end of the session.
  • If your class is canceled on the very last day of the session. (Saturday for PRE-JD and JD) (Friday for JD COMP)
5.  Please note that our special 3x a week discounted rate does not include any additional make-up opportunities as classes only meet 3x a week.
