Champions Tennis Club 2024 Tennis Camp (Champ Camp 2024) Application (Monday – Friday, July 15 – 19)
For Middle and High School Tennis Players in Central Ohio
Sponsored by Greater Columbus Tennis Association and Champions Tennis Club

The clinics will be conducted by members of Champions Tennis Club and will include
Conditioning, Drills, and Stroke Clinics.  Lunch or snacks will be provided at no cost to participants. Additionally, each player will receive a Champions Tennis Camp T-shirt. Thanks to the generous support of the Greater Columbus Tennis Association, there is no registration fee.

In order to accommodate as many players as possible, there will be two sessions:
AM: 10 – 12:30
PM: 12:30 – 3:00

Each session will be limited to 40 players.

Special note to parents and/or guardians to make camp a safe and healthy experience for players and all other participants.
1) Players must have their own clearly identified source of water or sports drink. However Champions will provide additional single use bottles of water for those who need them.
2) Lunch will be served at staggered times so that we can avoid crowding in the dining area.
3) Monitor the health of your player before and after each session. Make sure your player is getting adequate rest and hydration.
4) Please do not send a player to camp if they have elevated temperatures or any symptoms of Covid–19. Please text or call Steve Hoffman (614-589-0662) if your player is unable to attend a session because of illness.
5) Please pick up your player promptly at the conclusion of each session.

If you have a change of plans and a player cannot attend tennis camp, please notify us by
June 15, 2024 so that others on a waiting list will have the opportunity to participate.
