Here are the rules for the Maryland Man Monday Nominations

1. The person can be living or deceased
2. Self-nominations or nominating others are both accepted
3. The person must either live or work in Maryland.
4. All ages are eligible
5. After you submit this nomination form, you should also send in an appropriate solo photo of the nominee which can be emailed to Jonathan Harris at Jcharris726@gmail.com using the subject line "Maryland Man Monday" and the nominees Name
