In accordance with the rules of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) of the European Union, the partners of Cities and Regions of Learning and especially NGO's "Nectarus" and "Breakthrough" need your explicit authorization to process your personal information collected for the implementation of the training "Future Skills Now".

In the case of activities to be carried out remotely online, such as online meetings, we are also obliged to capture the screen image (screenshot) in which the faces of all the participants appear, in order to certify their presence; it may also be necessary to record short sections of the activities.

In this type of projects, which are co-financed with public funds (Erasmus+ program of the EU) for cultural and non-profit purposes, personal data and images that portray you can indeed be collected for two main reasons:
- to demonstrate your participation in the project itself and the achievement of its objectives in front of the funding body,
- and, in the case of images, to publicly disseminate the results of the project and promote similar future initiatives. This means that your image (photo or video) can be shared publicly via various means and media, such as official reports, publications, websites and social media.

For these reasons, it is important to know that it may not be possible to satisfy any requests for the destruction of such data, since Nectarus and Breakthrough are required to keep them on behalf of the funding bodies and in order to compile, for example, the final report of the project.

All personal data collected as part of the activities of the "Future Skills Now" long term training project will be processed solely in connection with the implementation and follow-up of the aforementioned Erasmus+ grant agreement (GDPR Art. 6, paragraph 1, point b) by the partner organisations, the National Agency and the European Commission, without prejudice to the possibility of passing the data to the bodies responsible for inspection and audit. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation EU/2018/1725, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and national law on data protection.

This means that your sensitive personal data such as name and surname, email address, home address, COVID-19 related information etc. will not be publicly disclosed and will be processed exclusively within the project partnership, with the possibility of disclosure to third parties only in the cases reported above (funding bodies and bodies responsible for inspection and audit). We'll use it to confirm your participation, as well as to contact you and to adjust the activities according to the group that's going to join us.

Your personal information may be also shared publicly, in publications or reports aimed at describing the impact and results of the project, but only and exclusively in aggregate form and protecting the anonymity of individual participants (e.g. in graphs illustrating the gender or age distribution of participants).

The partners of Future Skills Now and NGO's "Nectarus" and "Breakthrough" will not use the images collected for purposes other than those described earlier (i.e. verification and dissemination purposes).
