Representatives reach out to customers within 1hr (during hours of operation) of customer submitting a ticket to schedule an appointment. Currently, there are no priorities. Appointments are made in the order that tickets are received.
After submitting this form, you will receive a phone call from a representative to confirm appointment and to take your payment. Payment must be made before technician is dispatched.
Due to the coronavirus, technician will need 6ft of space while working. Work orders must be signed by buyer that states the work has been completed successfully. Funds will be returned within 24hrs if work has not been completed.
