Worser Bay Boating Club, require a parent/guardian of each OPEN Fleet sailor to complete this form to (i) provide evidence that your equipment meets NZIODA measurement specifications and (ii) confirm that your sailor will only use this equipment for the entire regatta, (changing equipment during the regatta is prohibited).
This form is compulsory for all OPEN Fleet sailors and must be completed by 5 pm, Thur, 5 Nov, 2020.
The NZIODA Regatta Measurer(s) will have this information available to them digitally and will be undertaking spot checks during the regatta (both on and off the water). It is expected that all Open Fleet sailors will have their measurement certificates with them at the regatta. At the request of the NZIODA Regatta Measurer(s), a sailor must produce the individual certificate for any piece of equipment.
