IDRC In- Person TRI IDR Effort Request Form

IDRC can provide in person TRI efforts where we provide one staff member from IDRC to come to your state to assist with in-field recruitment efforts with local, regional, or state recruiters. Efforts include covering a specific area using farm/agribusiness data as well as general IDR in the local community. All participants will need to document efforts to ensure that the result of the event is an increase in the number of places contacted, more relationships developed for future recruitment, and hopefully more eligible families and youth found. IDRC staff will be filling out Connecteam daily/farm profile reports to document their recruitment efforts and these will be available for state staff and we encourage the use of that for all who participate in this organized IDR effort. We also provide a training component where we can provide in-person training part of a day covering a topic area that recruiters find challenging.
