Aerial Training to Failure Workshop - August 28th, 10:30-Noon EST
Taught by Max March-Steinman of CircSci, the When/Why To Train to Failure (TTF) workshop is intended to help you, as a student OR coach, understand the merits and RISKS of training to failure in different types of exercises. Gain an understanding of which exercise types are safer to failure-train and which may be more trouble than they're worth. Learn a framework for implementing TTF effectively in your broader training structure and program to increase your strength gains while keeping injury risk low.

Broadly, we will cover:
- Exercise intention and why this matters in aerial and circus training.
- TTF (training to failure) vs. RIR (repetitions in reserve) and other metrics for autoregulation
- Arousal level and how our CNS response impacts training
- Case studies from scientific literature and examples using circus skills
- How to apply all of the above concepts to your training

After sending the workshop fee, you'll receive the Zoom link the week of the workshop!

Send the sliding scale workshop fee of $25-65. We price the workshop and recommend to pay $45, but if you can't afford to pay that you can pay less and if you want to help someone else afford to take it you can chip in a bit more via Zelle (aaron.kozloff@gmail.com) or CashApp for US-based applicants ($kozaaron) OR Revolut (revolut.me/aaronqgoq)/Wise for international applicants!

Sorry, Paypal users, it costs wayyyy too many fees (and will increase your total cost by about 4%!).

There will not be a recording of the workshop available at this time, so make sure you join the day of!

CircSci is happy to do payment plans as well! If the price is inaccessible to you, please email and let us know - CircSci is committed to finding ways to fairly make all the resources financially accessible, and as always check out the sliding scale e-manuals on the website.
