Attendance Policy:
Failure to appear for scheduled appointments will result in you being removed from the learning coach's schedule. If you do not notify us PRIOR to missing a learning coach appointment, it will be considered an unexcused absence and may result in not receiving a learning coach that semester.

It is acceptable to notify your learning coach or a CAPS staff member IN ADVANCE if you have an emergency and cannot make your appointment. By submitting this form you agree to the Attendance Policy.
