MNSOC QYP 2023 YOUTH REGISTRATION FORM
Queer Youth Prom is back for the spring of 2023! We cannot wait to hold this beautiful night together!

Register to reserve your spot at MNSOC Queer Youth Prom 2023! Everyone must be pre-registered to be admitted. Same day registration is not possible for this event. 

You must be a 9th to 12th grade-eligible youth. (14 year old minimum, 20 year old maximum). 18+ and done with high school? Please consider volunteering! (21+ may only be present as a volunteer)

Location: Hennepin County Library Central, 300 Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis, MN 55401

Time: 7pm - 10pm
*doors open at 6:45pm*

ID (proof of age):  A school photo ID or documentation from your school with photo and your birth date. If necessary and no other option is possible, a parent/ guardian may check you in.

FREE EVENT - free snacks/beverages, entertainment (drag performances!!), and professional photography

DONATIONS WELCOME - Contributions to Queer Youth Prom are used to pay for the next Queer Youth Prom.

QYP and everything included is FREE, but we suggest a donation of $20 to ensure future proms are filled with awesomeness! Cash or credit is accepted upon arrival.
AGREEMENT TO RULES OF CONDUCT
1. All Participants must be high school students between the ages of 14-20 on the day of event.
2. No drugs, alcohol, or tobacco at the event. Anyone arriving under the influence will be asked to leave.
3. No fighting, play or real; violence is not the key!
4. Public displays of affection must be “PG” and have active consent.
5. As we are guests here, be respectful of all library property:
    * No standing on furniture
    * Shoes must be worn at all times.
    * Pick up after yourself; if you spill, clean it up.
    * NO GLITTER! - could cause a very costly cleaning fee.
6. Event "glow bracelet" must be worn at all times. This communicates to chaperones that you are checked-in. You may make a pronoun button at the event.
7. Be respectful and courteous (in your behavior and language) to all youth and staff attending the Prom. Have appreciation for the diversity of people in our community!
8. Once you leave the doors of Prom, you are not allowed to return.
