Rise up hot air balloon family festival supporting Our Collective Journey, is back this year and it’s bigger and better than ever!

Saturday at Exhibition Park is the Big Festival Day! With the Kids Zone, Entertainment Stage, Balloon Launches, Local Shops and of course the grandstand movie to wind up the night!

The Gala takes place Friday Night before the Big Day of unlimited FUN!

All in support of mental health in our communities and spreading awareness, hope and joy everywhere.

Kilkenny Wellness, local director aka "Mom" of The Medicine Hat Markets, has partnered with the Rise Up Festival to offer Local Shops the opportunity to join in and take part in multiple marketing opportunities this event brings. Getting your name out into the community and support an incredible team working tirelessly for the wellbeing of our friends, families, neighbors and community.

I understand the cost of this Market is $120 for the full Market Day of the Event and includes:

1. 5x10 space with 1 folding table

2. Multi Platform Marketing in Rise Up & TMMMH Event Posts and Highlights

3. Vendor Welcome Bag

4. Vendor opportunity to provide info and offers in grab bags and giveaway basket

5. Vendors are responsible for their own chairs, shelving, tents or display

I understand applications are reviewed and accepted as quickly as possible. You will receive your confirmation and further instructions once accepted. *

Public Health: I understand all personal services and food handlers must apply for any approvals through the appropriate public health authority. Vendors must provide any copies of applications to health authorities to the organizer. The organizer is not resposible for any fines, fees or otherwise if the vendor is not properly approved by any regulators. *

I Understand, once your space has been accepted and paid for, so long as the event is running, the fee is non-refundable nor available for credit or exchange. *

I understand that I will recieve set up instructions, times and load in information 1 week prior to the event. *

I understand as a vendor I am required to be set up and my space attended for the times outlined in the set up instructions. Failure to follow the information provided can result in forfeit of your space and your fee *

I acknowledge that I am informed and consent to the following:

1. Set Up and Take Down of vendor space including timelines provided by organizer

2. Organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

3. Consent for Organizers to use vendor images and logos for advertisements to market the event

4. Payment is non-refundable

5. Personal/Food Vendors will follow and provide any required approvals from Public Health. Failure to do so will not be the responsibility of the organizer

6. The organizers have the right to reschedule any event due to unavoidable circumstances such as extreme weather, pandemic, or other lock outs beyond the organizers control.

7. Vendors are responsible for their own table, chairs, shelving, tents or display

8. Neither party will make or permit any statements in writing, verbal or social media platforms to damage the reputation of either party.

9. Vendor can freely advertise the event in a positive manner so long as the details are accurate.
